Heritage Point is nestled between Baseline Road and Highway 21 allowing residents to enjoy the small community of Heritage Point while still maintaining easy access to major roadways and freeways for easy travel and commuting needs. Located only 20km east of Edmonton, Heritage Point is a quaint community made up of primarily large single-family homes. Homes within Heritage Point were built in the late 1980s and early 1990’s, however, many homes have been remodeled over the years to include modern features and upgrades, raising both their value and curb appeal. The majority of Heritage Point provide 4-5 bedroom and boast more than 2,500 square feet of living space in addition to attached 2-3 car garages. Located within the community you can find an open field for playing, a community playground, and the Heritage Hills Rink is only right down the road providing endless activities and fun for all ages.
Heritage Point residents will attend public schools within the Elk Island Public School system, some of the closes campuses being Glen Allan Elementary School, FR Haythorne Jr. High School, as well as Bev Facey Community High School. There are dozens of different campuses spread throughout the Sherwood Park area, some of which provide French Immersion programs, small class sizes, art derived learning, as well as highly rated extra-curricular activities. Sherwood Bowl as well as Cineplex Cinemas can both be found less than 10 minutes from Heritage Point, both providing great ways to fill your weekend with fun. Should you decide to visit the city of Edmonton, it is located only 20km to the west, and can be easily accessed via Baseline Rd.
